Got Reports?!? I LOVE READING OTHER REPORTS!!!
I enjoy reading reports from other inspectors. It helps me become better at my job on how I view and write. Being that I’ve worked in California long enough to have people try to file suit one way or another, verbiage on these documents is important. Inspectors are creative sometimes in a hidden code written amongst the findings and recommendations telling a story of wise or woe. Some agents are crafty and have handymen ‘fix up’ a house without looking at the scope ever, to keep themselves ignorant until a report is provided… While writing report one learns to navigate an environment of favoritism and covering ones assists. So delving into a report or two written on a property it can give me a glance at different points in time.
So email the necessary reports to review a property, after I’ve had time to read and digest it’s time to rip off the band-aid so to say and talk it over the phone.
This service will include up to an hour long phone conversation. Prior to the conversation up to three report needs to be provided about one property. *conditions may apply when in consideration time and amount of reports, if I find it an interesting enough case more time and materials may be allotted.
*Each case I take is subject to bonus time and materials based on interest and use as a learning tool in social media to help educate others.
