My years in the field/industry has had me read and write thousands of reports from sketchy complexes to grand architecturally masterpieces.

You will have many people read to you reports and tell you what they think about the property. Having an outsider with experience in the field could help shine light onto areas of consideration. For the most part, agents just want the house to move so they get paid… buyers and sellers alike. That doesn’t make them bad, it’s just another cog in a wheel. As someone with my experience can tell you things at a glance with no stake in the matter I can consult with you with an unbiased direction. I find it hard to believe I can ever call a “Red Flag” as it’s not my call what to do with a property, which is why I prefer “Orange” to grab attention and say, “This thing here”.

My approach enables you to breath, knowing someone’s livelihood isn’t reliant in a deal to go though, to give you impartial advice.

Simple, we have a phone conversation up to an hour. You can spell the beans about some properties and try to describe what some of the issues are.

As I’m a fairly content/business minded person, I do tend to get into content without heavy preamble conversation used to build trust. I’m not in sales, I’m not here to try to sell you something. I am here to listen to this case and give my two cents on though.

Know this is just a phone call. Not a video call, and not reviewing reports. Just the blessed joy of voice to voice.

Report Consult

Got Reports?!? I LOVE READING OTHER REPORTS!!!

I enjoy reading reports from other inspectors. It helps me become better at my job on how I view and write. Being that I’ve worked in California long enough to have people try to file suit one way or another, verbiage on these documents is important. Inspectors are creative sometimes in a hidden code written amongst the findings and recommendations telling a story of wise or woe. Some agents are crafty and have handymen ‘fix up’ a house without looking at the scope ever, to keep themselves ignorant until a report is provided… While writing report one learns to navigate an environment of favoritism and covering ones assists. So delving into a report or two written on a property it can give me a glance at different points in time.

So email the necessary reports to review a property, after I’ve had time to read and digest it’s time to rip off the band-aid so to say and talk it over the phone.

This service will include up to an hour long phone conversation. Prior to the conversation up to three report needs to be provided about one property. *conditions may apply when in consideration time and amount of reports, if I find it an interesting enough case more time and materials may be allotted.

*Each case I take is subject to bonus time and materials based on interest and use as a learning tool in social media to help educate others.

This is to book an appointment with me to do an inspection just about anywhere and anytime in California.

This price is to reflect travel, per-diem, lodging, and other potentially necessary expenses. Partial refunds will be considered, but not promised.

There is cheaper ways to book me, but few will really get my attention.

A single day in a location, I will study the area/property, I will write a report and submit it to the ordering party.

Results are not guaranteed to be what is expected, as all inspections are impartial and on a case by case basis.
